The Pima County Board of Supervisors declared May 24th-May 30th as Period Poverty Awareness Week on May 4th 2021. Click here to read the proclamation.

 

Supervisor Adelita Grijalva's District 5 office, in partnership with the YWCA of Southern Arizona and The Diaper Bank of Southern Arizona are hosting a donation drive for menstrual products the week of May 24th-May 28th at various locations in Tucson Arizona. The full list of locations and times for donations will be available on Friday May 21st.

We will be accepting donations of: period pads, liners, tampons, and, in more limited quantities, menstrual cups. The highest demand items are Pads and Tampons.​ #EndPeriodPovertyPima
